After we receive your booking form, we’ll be in touch to introduce ourselves and send an event confirmation contract. You may send the signed contract via email firstname.lastname@example.org or fax 403-263-7101 to confirm your reservation.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT AND WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Based on your booking, we will determine if a deposit is necessary. Deposits are payable by personal or company cheques.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Following your event, you will receive an invoice via email, payable in 30 days. Please do not use your event confirmation contract as your invoice.

Calgary Transit bus routes serving the area including 3, 6, 7, 10, 24,31, 403 & 433. The light rail transit (LRT) Victoria Park / Stampede station is located nearby at 17 Avenue and MacLeod Trail SE
Two large paid public parking lots are located at the South and East sides of the building. Two-hour meter street parking is available on Center Street SE, between 12 and 13 Avenue SE. Two accessible parking spaces are available on the south side of the building.
